Slipknot Announces (sic)est Stadium Tour for Summer 2027

Slipknot has announced the (sic)est Stadium Tour, a worldwide run scheduled for summer 2027. Produced by Live Nation, the tour begins July 3 at London’s Wembley Stadium connected by EE before moving through North America and South America, featuring a career-spanning setlist, a brand new set, and brand-new staging. The title of the tour is a nod to “(sic),” the first full song on their 1999 breakthrough self-titled album.

The announcement follows a week of cryptic marketing. A new Slipknot site appeared at unlock.slipknot1.com asking fans to sign up; upon signing up, users were taken to a second page featuring a Slipknot logo on fire with the numbers 9 and 28 visible on each side of the logo, hinting at the September 28 announcement. Additionally, fans spotted cryptic posters with a red background and the iconic ‘S’ logo in cities including Los Angeles, New York, Hershey, Houston, Mexico City, Bogota, Buenos Aires, San Francisco, Chicago, Santiago, Toronto, and Ontario.

This trek marks a significant scale-up for the masked metal icons, who are booking the biggest venues of their entire thirty-year career.

Wembley Stadium and SoFi Stadium Launch Events

To kick off the announcement on September 28, 2026, Slipknot is hosting tour launch events at Wembley Stadium in London and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. These first-come, first-served gatherings run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. local time and offer fans early access to tickets for those specific venues ahead of the general public sale.

Both locations feature a pop-up shop with limited merchandise, and the first 500 ticket buyers will receive a free event poster with exclusive art. As the sun sets, fans are invited to gather around a 30-foot-high flaming Slipknot Tribal S symbol. At Wembley, tickets are available via the West Ticket Office at the top of the Olympic Steps, though purchases must be completed digitally through Ticketmaster using a provided QR code, with a limit of eight tickets per person.

Global Tour Dates and Support Acts

The tour opens with a UK and European exclusive at London’s Wembley Stadium on Saturday, July 3, with a special fan event taking place in the area to mark the announcement. Supporting Slipknot at Wembley Stadium will be Marilyn Manson, Lorna Shore, and Hatebreed.

The North American leg begins July 16 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., and runs through an August 18 show at Chase Field in Phoenix. Bring Me The Horizon, led by frontman Oli Sykes along with guitarist Lee Malia and bassist Matt Ke, will serve as direct support for all North American dates, joining the band for 13 major shows across the U.S. and Canada.

Major venues on the North American run include Citi Field in Queens, New York; Soldier Field in Chicago; Fenway Park in Boston; SoFi Stadium in Inglewood; Golden Gate Park in San Francisco; and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, CO; Daikin Park in Houston, TX; and Rogers Stadium in Toronto, ON. The Canadian stops at Rogers Stadium and Montreal’s Parc Jean-Drapeau both feature Bring Me the Horizon and Kublai Khan TX, while the Montreal date also includes Vended.

Band Reconstruction and New Music

This tour introduces a reconstructed version of the band. Drummer Eloy Casagrande joined in 2024 to replace Jay Weinberg, while keyboardist-sampler Craig Jones and turntablist Sid Wilson have departed. Wilson’s exit was confirmed last month, and Jones left in 2023.

The announcement coincides with the release of “Arsenal,” the band’s first new track in more than three years. In the song, frontman Corey Taylor is heard screaming, I got a lot to fuckin’ say/And if you didn’t listen, you didn’t hear me anyway.

This follows the 2022 release of The End, So Far.

The inclusion of Marilyn Manson on the tour marks some of his largest performances since 2020, when allegations of sexual assault and abuse surfaced. According to Loudersound, Manson is scheduled for a trial in November 2027 regarding a lawsuit involving a former assistant; he has denied all wrongdoing.
