It was the Most Holy Bishop of Androusis, Mr. Constantius, alongside the superintendent of the Holy Temple Fr. Ioannis Lambrou, co-priests and priests of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens.
It was Theophilastatos, who referred to the life of Saint Eleftherios, who preached the Divine Word.
“Tonight and tomorrow we honor the memory of the Great Holy Martyr Eleftherios and his mother anthia, a name that reminds us of our liberation from the shackles of sin. Saint Eleftherios was born without the knowledge of his father, together with his mother, who nurtured him and encouraged him to apply the word of God,” said the Theophilus, among other things.
His Holiness emphasized: “The purpose of our lives through our faith and our love for Christ and our fellow man is to become a saint and this is what Saint Eleftherios shows us.”
It should be noted that the two Church dances brightened up the evening service as they sang sweetly.
