The regional telegram channel 14News said that Roskomnadzor began to slow down YouTube traffic in Russia. The channel refers to its source in the administration of the department for Yakutia.

At the same time, the RKN told RIA Novosti a little later that the information was not true.

At the end of last week, the media reported that problems with access to popular VPN protocols were noticed in several regions of Russia. In publications with links to experts, it was said that servers on l2TP and IPsec were not available in Western Siberia and the Kuban, as well as in the Rostov region. It has been suggested that this could be due to an attempt to block protocols. Roskomnadzor did not confirm the information.
