South Summitthe meeting of the entrepreneurial ecosystem that celebrates its eleventh edition next June, extends the deadline to register for its Startup Competition until February 20.
Once again, the 100 startups from around the world selected in the Startup Competition They will be able to show their innovative projects before top-level national and international investors, as well as corporations in search of the best ideas.
Six of the eight current unicorns of the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem have passed through this competition in previous editions: Cabify, Glovo, Factorial, Jobandtalent, Devo y Wallbox.
Candidates who have not yet applied can do so through this link. South Summit will celebrate its eleventh edition at La Nave in Madrid between June 7 and 9 with the motto Today 2030.
As every year, it will become the main meeting and connection point for entrepreneurs, corporations and investors, as well as the rest of the key players in the global entrepreneurship ecosystem. The appointment has the institutional support of the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence, the Community of Madrid and the Madrid City Council.
The 2022 edition of the South Summit managed to bring together the Spanish and global entrepreneurial ecosystem in person: 40% of the attendees were startups, 30% corporations and 12% investors. During its three days of celebration, more than 220 investment funds (72% international) with a portfolio of 250,000 million dollars passed through La Nave and more than 1,66,423 connections were organized.
