Boil 20 chillies in water for 15 minutes. After the water dries up, chill the chillies and grind them in a mixer jar.

Place the pan in the oven, add oil and fry the bread pieces until golden brown on all sides and keep aside.

Again leave oil in the pan and when it is hot, add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, big onion and chillies and saute well. Then add pepper powder and required amount of salt and mix it.

Once the mixture boils add vinegar, soy sauce and chili paste. If you don’t have vinegar, you can add some lemon juice. Saute them and add tomato sauce. Then finely chop the onion along with the onion leaves and saute it along with it.

Dissolve a spoonful of corn flour with water and add it. When the gravy thickens, add the fried bread pieces and mix well. Keep the stove on low flame and mix well till the masala spreads on the bread. Sprinkle coriander leaves on it and make delicious chilli bread.
