“Department No. 8 of the Department of Investigation and Operational Intelligence received operational information that the managers of the SP company carrying out construction activities in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, in order to avoid paying particularly large amounts of taxes, violated the “On Accounting”, “On Cashless Operations” RA. the requirements of the laws, in the contracts of the rights to purchase apartments, the values ​​of the apartments to be sold are understated, thus creating conditions for hiding the objects of taxation in the calculations that are the basis for taxation.

In order to implement the received information, in the course of operational and investigative measures, the director of the company L.B. received 80 thousand US dollars in cash from the buyer of the apartment, in order to sell the apartment with an area of ​​95.9 square meters in the building constructed by their company, at the real selling price of 81 million drams. After receiving the mentioned amount, SRC employees arrested director LB and MA, who was involved in the transaction, on the basis of a reasonable suspicion of having committed a crime, and brought them to the investigation and operational intelligence department.
