New Delhi: The stolen car of Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda has been found. Delhi Police has recovered Nadda’s Toyota Fortuner from Banaras. Police have also arrested two people in this case. The accused told during interrogation that they first changed the number plate of JP Nadda’s car and then took it to Banaras via Aligarh, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bareilly, Sitapur. Delhi Police also came to know that both the accused were going to take the Fortuner to Nagaland.

What did the accused tell Delhi Police?
Delhi Police interrogated the arrested accused about the complete planning done for the car theft. The accused had also come to steal JP Nadda’s car in Creta car. He had stolen a Toyota Fortuner car on March 19 last month. The car belonged to Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda. Delhi Police found the accused after about 25 days. Along with this, the stolen car was also recovered. Accused Shahid and Shivang told that after stealing Nadda’s car, the first thing they did was change its number plate so that no one could get suspicious. After this, both the accused took this car to Banaras via Aligarh, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bareilly, Sitapur and Lucknow in UP. This was the reason why Delhi Police found the car in Banaras.

JP Nadda’s wife’s car

Toyoya Fortuner car is said to belong to JP Nadda’s wife. This car was stolen on demand. On March 19, Nadda’s driver took the car to Govindpuri Service Center, gave it for service and came home to have dinner. After this, when I reached there the car was missing. Himachal Pradesh’s number was included in it. When Delhi Police scanned the CCTV footage, the vehicle was seen going to Gurugram.
