# Capcom Boosts E-Sports Presence with “Street Fighter League: Pro-JP 2025” Public Viewing Campaign
A new initiative aims to expand the spectator culture of e-sports and revitalize regional economies by encouraging businesses nationwide to host public viewings of the “Street Fighter League: Pro-JP 2025.”
Capcom is actively seeking to broaden the reach of its popular “Street Fighter League: Pro-JP 2025” through a nationwide public viewing support campaign targeting businesses. The program, announced via PR TIMES and social media channels, offers participating establishments the chance to be featured on the program and receive promotional materials.
The campaign centers around the second half of the “Street Fighter League: Pro-JP 2025” season, with the sixth section scheduled for broadcast on October 21st and October 24th, 2025. Businesses that have purchased “second half set tickets” are eligible to apply to have their location showcased during the broadcast. According to a company release, the initiative is designed to “further expand the spectator culture” and contribute to “regional revitalization of e-sports.”
How to Participate
Businesses interested in participating must first purchase a “second half set ticket” through the official sales site. Following the ticket purchase, applicants must complete a campaign form. The submission period is open until October 14th,2025,at 23:59.
A key detail for applicants is that the store name submitted will be used exactly as provided during the program introduction. “Therefore, please be careful about the contents,” Capcom cautions, noting that no corrections or confirmations will be made after submission. Businesses that previously applied for the “Public viewing ticket sales start campaign” are automatically eligible and do not need to reapply.
Participating businesses will receive a newly designed B2 poster for “Street Fighter League: Pro-JP 2025,” intended to enhance the atmosphere of viewing events. One analyst noted that providing promotional materials like posters is a standard practice in the e-sports industry to encourage local engagement.
The campaign represents a strategic move by Capcom to tap into the growing popularity of e-sports and foster a more communal viewing experience. This initiative offers a rare opportunity for fans to enjoy the excitement of professional “Street Fighter” competition in a social setting.
