We all know that alcohol, smoking and lifestyle diseases can affect heart health. But a new study has found that stress can also lead to heart attacks.

Efforts to reduce stress can improve our overall health, according to a new study published in the Jama Network.

The study included 918 people with heart disease. All of them were subjected to a test to measure stress. The goal was to monitor whether the blood flow to the heart was decreasing. The majority of participants in the study found that stress reduced blood flow to the heart (myocardial schizophrenia). This will prevent enough oxygen from reaching the heart muscle.

The study report was prepared by observing patients for four to nine years. The results also show that these people have a higher risk of serious or moderate heart disease.

In another report published in the New York Times, Drs. Michael T. Osborne said.
