Loud explosions echoed in Odessa a few minutes after the alarm was reported today at 5:23 p.m.
Residents of Odesa and Odesa Oblast are urged to take shelter in bomb shelters because the enemy is attacking with ballistic missiles, Oleg Kiper, the regional governor of Odesa Oblast, reported in Telegram.

Earlier today, power cuts were implemented in Odessaafter a Russian airstrike damaged one of the high-voltage facilities there, Ukraine’s main energy supplier DTEK said, as quoted by Reuters.
“The situation remains difficult,” DTEK said in Telegram. “In order to reduce the load on the grid, electric transport will not operate in the city today, industrial consumption is also limited.”
