In the Invention Test at MasterChef Italia (broadcast every Thursday at 9.15 pm on Sky and streaming on NOW, always available on demand), the amateur chefs had to prepare the dishes presented by the three judges who proposed courses inspired by memories of their childhood . When Lia was called to the tasting, she told an anecdote about her childhood: her grandmother and aunts are from Puglia and used to make sauce, and therefore today when she buys industrial sauce she never finds the same taste, so much so that often she is almost tempted to add some sugar.
