Directed by Seenuramasamy and starring Vijay Sethupathi, Gayatri, Guru Somasundaram, the recently released movie “Mamanithan” hit the theaters.
Musicians Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja have teamed up for the first time and composed the music for the film. Yuvanshankar Raja has produced the film through his YSR company.
The film was critically and commercially well received. Many movie stars who have seen the movie Mamanithan have praised the director Seenuramasamy.
The film recently won the Golden Award for Best Asian Film at the Tokyo Film Festival.
In this case, Mamanithan movie has accumulated 3 awards. Director Seenu Ramasamy has posted on social media that Mamanithan has bagged a total of 3 awards including Best Actor Award, Best Achievement Award and Critics Choice Award at the Tagore International Film Festival.
