Police have arrested seven people, including the husband of a woman who complained that her husband was forcing her to have unnatural sex.

A woman from Sanganancherry, Kerala, lodged a complaint at the Karukachal police station in Kottayam district. In the complaint, she was shocked to learn that her husband was forcing her to have unnatural sex and helping her to have sex with another man.
Police investigating the complaint arrested the woman’s husband on Sunday. Later interrogation revealed that he had forced his wife into swapping groups to exchange wives. Police have arrested 7 members of the group in the first instance.
The man, who admitted to being part of the group, also admitted forcing his wife to have sex with another man. Following this, the police have registered a case and are searching for the gang who changed their wives and engaged in flirting.
The investigation into the complaint lodged by the woman has revealed that a large number of people have been involved in the act of changing wives and having fun. Of those, only seven have been arrested so far, and more than 25 are under surveillance and will be arrested in a day or two, police said.
According to the Kerala Police, there are more than a thousand couples in these groups and they are exchanging women. Police suspect that there may have been a large mob behind the incident and some political points in the ongoing investigation into the matter. The gang is also said to have used telegram and messenger processors to communicate with each other.
The culprits have been arrested from Kottayam, Alappuzha and Ernakulam districts.
Initial investigations have revealed that prominent personalities and film personalities from Tamil Nadu and Goa were involved.
