Tamil News | Complaint reached 15 lakhs at Minnakam service center

So far, out of 14.86 lakh complaints received, 14.79 lakh complaints have been resolved at the Chennai-Minnagam Consumer Service Centre.

Minnakam Consumer Service Center is located at the Electricity Board Head Office at Anna Road, Chennai. This was inaugurated by Chief Minister Stalin in June 2021.

All complaints related to electricity, including power outages, extra electricity charges, power theft, can be reported to the center on mobile phone number 94987 94987 24 hours a day.

As the complaint received there is recorded in the computer and reported to the concerned office, the Assistant Engineers are forced to take immediate action on the complaint.
