Prime Bank Cricket Club captain Tamim Iqbal scored a fifty against Gazi group cricketers. However, his slow fifty failed to put up a challenging score for the team, eventually losing by 6 wickets.

Prime Bank lost the toss and went into bat in BKSP on Sunday and were all out for just 181 runs. Gazi reached the target after losing 4 wickets to chase. At the end of the fifth round, it was Gazi’s fourth win and Prime-Bank’s first loss.

After winning Gazi, Moin Khan-Sheikh Parvez left the field unbeaten. Moeen left the field unbeaten on 13 and Parvez 19 runs. Sabbir Hossain Sikder played the highest innings of 64 runs. After playing this innings with 83 balls, he returned to Sajghar as a retired heart.

Hasan Mahmud, Ashiqur Zaman, Nazmul Apu and Alak Kapali took 1 wicket each for Prime Bank.

Earlier, Prime Bank scored close to 200 based on Tamim’s fifty. Tamim played an innings of 54 runs off 88 balls. He had 6 fours in his innings. Apart from this, Alak Kapali was unbeaten on 47 runs. Hasan scored 22 runs in the end. No one else could make more than twenty.

Abdul Ghaffar Shaklain took maximum 4 wickets for Gazi. He won the Man of the Match award. Apart from this, Parvez-Moin took 2 wickets each.
