After each screening, they give points to the film they have seen.

For the fourth year in a row, it will be sponsoring the Youth Award, which “highlights the value of young people with a bright future in the world of cinema” at the next edition of the San Sebastian Festival, from 16 to 24 September.
The jury that selects the winner of the award is made up of 150 young people between the ages of 18 and 25. After each screening, the film is given a certain score by the young jurors. The ratings and the ranking of the favorites will be updated daily and can be consulted in the official media of the Festival.
The films nominated for the TCM Youth Award will be all of the New Directors category, as well as the first or second feature films of the directors who will present their work in the Horizontes Latinos section. There will be almost thirty films in total, which means that the jury will have to watch three films on average every day.
The award will be handed out on September 24th. Marta Alonso, the Spanish head of the TCM group, will be there, as well as a famous figure in the world of cinema and a member of the Youth Jury (both of whom will be announced at the San Sebastian Festival). “TCMkooi is very excited to continue collaborating with the San Sebastian Festival, which we follow closely every year, as we admire the film festival. TCM has been sponsoring the Youth Award since 2019. This television channel, which has been in Spain for more than two decades, is closely linked to the San Sebastian Festival.
