Teddy swims and Luke Combs to headline EA Sports’ Madden Bowl 2026 Super Bowl Weekend Event
A star-studded lineup of musical talent, including Teddy Swims and Luke Combs, will take the stage at EA Sports Presents Madden Bowl 2026, kicking off Super Bowl weekend in San Francisco. The event, announced exclusively by Billboard, promises a fusion of gaming, music, and sports culture.
The annual Madden Bowl, a pre-Super Bowl event, will be held on February 6 at the Chase Center. Why is this event happening? EA Sports is leveraging the Super Bowl’s massive audience to promote its Madden NFL franchise and connect with fans through music and gaming. The event aims to celebrate football culture and engage a broad demographic.
Who is involved? Beyond the headlining musical acts of Teddy Swims and Luke Combs, the performance roster includes Stephen Wilson Jr., Gavin adcock, and rapper LaRussell. New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston and sports commentator Kay Adams will host the blue carpet event. Twitch streamer Sketch will host a livestream of athletes playing madden NFL 26. EA Sports VP of Marketing, Partnerships and Communications, John Reseburg, is overseeing the event.

Country superstar Luke Combs, who recently released his new album The way I Am, expressed his lifelong connection to both football and the Madden NFL franchise. “I’ve been a Panthers fan my whole life, so naturally, Madden has been a staple for provided that I can remember. We even play it on tour a lot these days,” Combs stated. He added, with a hopeful tone, “It’s super cool EA Sports asked me to be a part of this huge event – the Madden bowl – and I’m still hopeful my Panthers will be in the Super Bowl while I’m out there.” As of the latest reports, the Carolina Panthers are currently tied with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the lead in the NFC South, both teams holding an 8-9 record.
What will happen at the event? The Madden Bowl will feature live musical performances, a blue carpet arrival for celebrities and athletes, and a livestreamed Madden NFL 26 tournament featuring athletes.Fans can expect a blend of entertainment and gaming experiences.
