He understood hunger’s deep impact, beyond just an empty stomach, and its power to extinguish hope.
What is the origin of the mana Aapadhbandhavula Foundation? The foundation’s roots trace back to April 28, 2020, when Venkatesh, then on duty near Limra Hotel in Rajendranagar, encountered a mason’s family. They had lost their livelihood and were struggling to find food, surviving on a single meal a day. Moved by their plight,Venkatesh spent 2,000 rupees on groceries for them.
Venkatesh, the first in his family to pursue higher education, joined the police force in 2018 through a state government recruitment initiative. He hails from a modest background in Nagarkurnool district.

That same day, Venkatesh posted a WhatsApp status calling for support for families in need. “That one status inspired many,” he recalled. The response was immediate; it quickly evolved into a WhatsApp group where 24,000 rupees were collected within a day to aid the impoverished. This experience reaffirmed his belief in the enduring spirit of humanity.
