Telepizza will allow home delivery orders through WhatsApp

Telepizza announced this Thursday the launch of its new service for place orders at home through WhatsApp, which will be available immediately. In this way, customers will be able to place their orders via text message. To do this, they will have to save the landline number 912 760 000 in their agendas.

Customers must open a conversation in this app and follow the steps indicated by Telepiā€“Bot, the virtual assistant which, through certain commands, will guide Telepizza customers throughout the order process.

This new service will be available in the nearly 720 establishments that the brand has in Spain and, according to the brand, will have exclusive offers available only for orders placed through this process.

Digital channels are gaining more and more importance in operations and in contact with customers. In fact, during 2021, orders placed through the brand’s digital channels grew by 28.3% compared to 2020 and 100.7% compared to 2019.
