“Subsequently, at 3:24 p.m., a proposal for a hearing was sent to be held through the Zoom platform with judges Felipe Fuentes Barrera, Felipe de la Mata Pizaña and the presiding judge, Mónica Soto Fregoso, on Wednesday, April 24 at 10:00 a.m.”, highlighting that the response was made through email and phone call.
However, the Court noted that no confirmation was received “of the proposal made for the relief of the hearing, nor a telephone call in this regard.”

This Wednesday afternoon, Santiago Creel published a statement in which he made “a respectful call for the presidential candidate Xóchitl Gálvez, as well as the presidents of the parties Marko Cortés, Alejandro Moreno and Jesús Zambrano, to be received in a in-person hearing by the Plenary Court.”

He said that the alleged refusal of the Electoral Court to receive Xóchitl Gálvez and leaders of the coalition “is a clear example of tolerance of impunity. It is necessary to investigate and punish political violence, and ensure an electoral process free of the influence of the president.”
In the letter published with the presidential candidate’s logo, it is noted that in recent days, the representatives of the Strength and Heart Coalition for Mexico requested a face-to-face meeting with the plenary session of the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation.
