(24 News) Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and President Asif Zardari have expressed their grief over the loss of 35 precious lives in the accident that happened to the bus of Pakistani pilgrims in Iran.
An accident has happened to the pilgrims’ bus in the city of Yazd, Iran, as a result of which 35 Pakistani citizens were killed and 15 pilgrims were injured.
In a statement, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed grief over the loss of life in the tragic accident and said that he prays for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The Prime Minister expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased and directed the Pakistani Embassy in Tehran to provide all possible assistance to the affected families.
President Asif Zardari expressed regret
President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed his heartfelt grief over the tragic accident of the bus of Pakistani pilgrims in Iran.
According to the statement issued by the press wing of the President’s House, the President expressed his regret for the loss of precious human lives in the accident and prayed for forgiveness for the deceased and patience for the bereaved.
The President also directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to bring the dead to Pakistan and provide timely aid to the injured.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed regret
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has expressed deep sorrow and regret over the death of 35 Pakistani pilgrims in this tragic accident.
Mohsin Naqvi, while praying for the speedy recovery of the injured, said that he is very saddened by the loss of precious human lives in the bus accident in Iran, all sympathies are with the families of the deceased and the injured.
