In ‘Uganda’, 11 visually impaired students were burnt to death in a fire at a school hostel.
6 others have been hospitalized in critical condition. A terrible fire broke out in the hostel of the school for blind students around midnight. It is said that the fire may have been caused by electrical leakage.
