Upon arrival, officers discovered Aguilera and pronounced her dead at 12:57 a.m., according to police reports cited by ABC News. Authorities have stated that the incident is currently not being investigated as a homicide and that there are “no signs of suspicious circumstances.”
The Travis County Medical Examiner is leading the investigation to determine the official cause of death, which has not yet been released.

Aguilera, who aspired to become a lawyer, had attended a pre-game party on the evening of November 29th before the annual football game between Texas A&M and the University of Texas. According to a statement released by the family to KBTX, “the details of what happened next remain unclear.”
