Thailand shooting: Allegations against soldier

Bangkok: Police have charged an army officer with murder in connection with a shooting at an army training base in the Thai capital, Bangkok.

The suspect, Sergeant Major Yongyut Mungkornkim, will appear in a military court next Wednesday. The incident that claimed two lives took place last Wednesday.
