Despite these efforts, the business reportedly continues, especially in busy areas of Pattaya.Local media previously documented similar cases involving several European travelers, including a German engineer and another German tourist who lost 140,000 Baht to suspected herb dealers in November. A young Australian also reported a similar incident that same month.
