Kannur – The child’s family had complained to the police last night about the incident in which a six-year-old boy was beaten up for leaning on a car. The child’s mother told Manorama News that the complaint was filed around nine o’clock at night.
Meanwhile, Thalassery ASP P said that the police did not fail in the incident and arrested the accused. Nithin Raj clarified. DGP Anilkanth also said that a case has been registered and an investigation has been started and the police will check whether there was any lapse.
Shinad, a native of Ponnyampalam, has been arrested in the case. A case of attempted murder has been registered against him. The ministers and the speaker had made it clear that strict action would be taken.
