In early October, the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal recognized as legal the fine of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia of almost 1.2 billion rubles, which it imposed on Apple for imposing its payment service on the App Store to application developers. The company demanded that developers remove links to their Internet resources and change the functionality of the application so that the registration form did not lead to external sites. Otherwise, the company would not allow the application into the App Store, the regulator explained then.
