On January 4, the Armenian side responded to the proposals of the Azerbaijani side regarding the “peace treaty”, announced the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan on the air of the “Public TV Company”.
“On January 4, the Armenian side responded to the proposals of the Azerbaijani side. “There is a positive dynamic, but there are issues on which we reached an agreement during the verbal negotiations, but we have seen certain setbacks in the text of the peace agreement,” he said.
Grigoryan also mentioned that the delimitation commissions will meet.
“There is an agreement that the delimitation commissions will meet at the end of January,” he said.
According to the Secretary of the Security Council, the Azerbaijani side verbally assures the Armenian side that it accepts the principles proposed by Armenia: sovereignty, jurisdiction, reciprocity and equality.
“The recording of these 4 principles means the exclusion of corridor logic,” assured Grigoryan.
