An incident occurred before Nikol Pashinyan’s visit to Public Radio. Factor.am has learned that the people who arrived before Pashinyan’s departure removed the Artsakh flag from Public Radio. Radio security officers resisted, but the flag was eventually removed. It was later returned.
Regarding this incident, Factor.am spoke with the executive director of Public Radio Garegin Khumaryan. He confirmed in a conversation with Factor.am that the flag was removed for several hours.
– Mr. Khumaryan, is it true that the Artsakh flag was removed before Pashinyan’s visit?

– On the 31st of the month, around one o’clock, one of our employees saw that the flag was removed and we immediately brought it back where it should have been.

– I record the fact that, unfortunately, the Artsakh flag was not there for several hours on the 31st of the month. I assure you that it has nothing to do with any employee of Public Radio.
– Are there cameras in the area? Has it been recorded who removed it?
– They don’t look at that side, we tried, but it didn’t show.
– And is it possible that the employees providing Pashinyan’s security were removed?
– It’s hard to say, I don’t have clear data. Let’s talk with facts. yes, I can confirm that the flag was not there for several hours on the day you indicated.
