The Baghdad Chamber of Commerce announced a rigorous study to develop the national economy.

Chamber President Firas Al-Hamdani told the (INA), “The Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Economic Advisory Office, is holding an economic scientific symposium on the possibility of joint cooperation and creating new visions between the public and private sectors,” indicating that “this symposium comes through direct communication.” With representatives of academic institutions, including professors and university graduates.”
He added, “The Chamber will begin its activity in 2024 in order to formulate at least a five-year economic policy that serves economic activity in Iraq,” stressing that “the most important visions and goals that the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce aspires to through holding such seminars is to convey the voice of the Chamber and its representatives to the government.” The Iraqi Prime Minister, economic organizations and the body of advisors in order to listen and benefit from some of the experiences provided by the Chamber and the suffering it is experiencing.”
He pointed out that “today, in agreement with some academic professors, the Chamber will prepare a robust study to develop the national economy.”
