Bayern Munich will be hosted at the Hall this Thursday (21:05) when they meet Maccabi Tel Aviv, and they will be forced to do so without one of their most prominent players, Augustin Robitt, who underwent Achilles tendon surgery and will be absent until further notice.
Robit was injured during the fourth quarter against Alba Berlin, after which the general manager of the Bavarian team, Marko Pešić, announced that the 33-year-old American had joined the list of injured: “He underwent surgery in Murnau, near Munich, it is an Achilles tendon injury and it is not visible Good”.
Robit averages 10.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and a 13.8 rating per game in 20 appearances in the Euroleague, and he was named the league’s outstanding player for the month of January.
