This morning, Belavia flight B2975, which took off from the Minsk National Airport at 7:54 and was heading to Moscow, immediately after takeoff occupied the holding area, and after making several circles in the sky (performing the necessary procedures), landed back at the Minsk airport, reports NN.
There were more than 40 passengers on board the Boeing 737-8ZM (EW-457PA), and the reason for the turn was that the plane was unable to retract its landing gear.
As a result, the passengers were sent to Moscow on another airline aircraft, the EW-254PA tank plane, and their departure was delayed by 2.5 hours.
