RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision to approve the composition of the Armenian side of the intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation between Armenia and Kazakhstan.

“According to Part 5 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Structure and Activity of the Government”, Part 1 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Normative Legal Acts” and No. 751 of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia of June 26, 2020 – Clauses 15 and 16 of the Annex to Decision L:

1. To approve the list of the state administration system and other bodies included in the Armenian side of the Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) in accordance with the annex.

2. Appoint: 1) the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, the chairman of the Armenian side of the commission. 2) To the deputy minister coordinating the relevant field of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, deputy chairman of the Armenian side of the commission. 3) To the head of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, the secretary of the Armenian side of the commission.

3. The decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia dated December 11, 2019 “On approving the composition of the Armenian side of the intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Kazakhstan” No. 1858-A is declared null and void.
