The Constitutional Council in the comedy of the exercise of power

by time news

TRIBUNE – Emmanuel Macron has a roadmap to follow: one dictated in particular by the so-called “European” bodies, whose role is to implement the rules of treaties drafted to satisfy the interests of owners of capital and large industrialists (read the texts. ..), especially American (from the start and still today).

Macron follows this roadmap all the more faithfully because the vision of society underlying these texts is his own. As evidenced by his statements.

The Constitutional Council and the lawyers who drafted yesterday’s decision on the law on pensions (which the European Union wants to have pension funds manage) know the “superiority” European standards on internal standards.

It was still not going to trigger the possible questioning of this principle on the occasion of the “reform” of pensions!

As for the members of the Constitutional Council, they have all, or almost all, been appointed by “Maastrichian” politicians, from Maastrichian parties.

Maastrichian parties which fill the bays of the National Assembly with their members, either within the “relative” majority, or within the hard opposition or the soft or front opposition. Not to mention those of the members of the Constitutional Council, who in previous leading functions, worked to do yesterday what Emmanuel Macron has been doing since he took office.

They were therefore all the better acquainted with the provisions of Title XV of the Constitution.

In this case, we note the consensus of the political class and the influential media to avoid resituating the pension reform in this context and in these mechanisms. So to talk about the loss of sovereignty of France, therefore of the French. And the lost possibility of the French to have a say in the management of their lives.

Which is prudent. Since the French still believe (as the demonstrations against the “pension reform” to have it withdrawn, indicate) – and while the speech of their elites makes it believe -, that their representatives could still represent them… .
