In Sevastopol, a contract was signed with PJSC Mostotrest for the construction of a yacht marina in Balaklava Bay. As the press service of the city government said today, the cost of the work will amount to 9.4 billion rubles. Construction will begin in 2022.
At the first stage, the contractor will carry out the reconstruction of Tavricheskaya embankment, where all engineering communications will be re-laid – water, gas, electricity, sewer and storm collectors. Improvement of the territory is also planned. Then the reconstruction of the Nazukin embankment will begin.
The work will be monitored by a supervisory board, which will include “all interested representatives” – ship owners, entrepreneurs, public figures.
The contractor is said to have experience in building thousands of complex facilities across the country and has also been involved in the construction of the Crimean Bridge.
