Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the current session will witness the legislation of the Iraqi Programmers Syndicate Law, while noting that the law aims to regulate the work of the Programmers Syndicate and supports digital transformation in the country.

The media office of the Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by the (INA): “The Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received at his residence, today, Wednesday, members of the founding team of the Iraqi Programmers Syndicate.”
He added, “During the meeting, the Iraqi Programmers Syndicate law was discussed, which was first read in the House of Representatives.”
Al-Mandalawi confirmed – according to the statement – that “the Council Presidency is interested in legislating this law during its current session, and will direct the concerned committee to accelerate its maturation and submit it for discussion and voting during the upcoming sessions, with the aim of organizing the union’s work mechanisms and contributing to supporting the segments concerned with digital transformation, electronic systems and software solutions in the country.” “.
