For three additional performances, “The Mother of the Dog”, which was successfully staged by the Epirus Artistic Stage “Synthesis”, directed and taught by Giorgos Nakos, will be presented in the lobby of the Ermis Hotel (Sina 2, near the old KTEL).
The iconic “Mother of the Dog” is based on the award-winning and widely translated novel of the same name by Pavlos Matesi and is a journey through memory and history, in which images of occupied and post-war Greece come to life through a unique interpretation of Eleftheria Pantazi. A performance in which the alternation of humor, emotion and moments of tension keeps the viewer’s interest undiminished from the first moment to the final, prolonged applause.
The last three performances will take place on Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 February, at 8.30 pm. The ticket costs 9 euros and 7 euros for the reduced ticket (unemployed, disabled, students, students, over 65). The price includes a glass of wine.
