During today’s consultation, the issue of submission of budget applications by state bodies was discussed, according to the estimated scope. The approach in terms of budget allocations, sectoral priorities and expenditures, as well as issues related to economic growth, investment promotion, current and capital expenditure forecasts were discussed.
The Prime Minister noted that the economic course of 2022 and the following years will depend on the quality and performance of work in 2021 in the direction of tax administration, cost effectiveness, economic development and financial stability. According to Nikol Pashinyan, there is a significant potential for providing the mentioned components, and consistent work should be done. The Prime Minister instructed the heads of the concerned departments to submit concrete proposals in these directions.
