Prensa Ibérica, Diari de Girona and El Periódico present today at the Hostal de la Gavina in S’Agaró their publication of economic information, “assets”, at the day “Girona, an economy in transformation”. «actives», which aims to offer content that may interest both specialized readers and the general public, is published every Saturday in Diari de Girona. In tomorrow’s issue, there is a special seven-page dossier dedicated to Girona’s economy.
The event in s’Agaró will start with a speech by Aitor Moll, CEO of Prensa Ibérica. Next, Martí Saballs, director of economic information at Prensa Ibérica, will hold a dialogue with Antoni Llardén, president of Enagás, about the challenges of the energy sector.
During the day, two round tables will be held with prominent Girona entrepreneurs. The first, entitled “Girona in the key of entrepreneurship”, will feature Amara Camafreita, Director of Large Companies at Banc Sabadell in Girona; Jaume Sanabras, president and founder of Marlex, ● Miquel Àngel Bonachera, CEO of AB Biotics, and ● David Casellas, co-founder of Red Points. In the second – “Girona, an economy in transformation” – Aina Juliol, president of PGI Engineering, will participate; ● Jaume Dulsat, director of Eurofirms Group; Judith Viader, CEO of Frit Ravich; and Antonio Asensio, commercial director of companies in the territorial management of Catalonia at CaixaBank.
The president of the Provincial Council, Miquel Noguer, and the Minister of Economy, Natàlia Mas Guix, who will be in charge of closing the day, will also speak. The event is sponsored by Caixabank, the Diputació de Girona, Banc Sabadell, the Generalitat de Catalunya, Quera 1887, Neorg and Garatge Plana.
