The eleven Malaga deputies ‘confess’ their savings and properties

At the beginning of another term, the eleven representatives of Malaga in the Congress of Deputies’They confessed their bank savings y real estate properties in a declaration of assets and income that was later made public by the Lower House.

And, if bank deposits are taken into account, the biggest saver would be the socialist Ignacio Lopez, who reflects 100,000 euros in a fixed term and 3,900 euros in a current account. In addition, it refers to 10,000 euros in an investment fund; 10,000 euros in a microcredit contributed to the PSOE; to income of about 7,000 euros from real estate income; and 30% of the shares of a company dedicated to the optical franchise, valued at 7,500 euros. Yes indeed, López does not declare properties he owns and – unlike other deputies – he would not have to face mortgages, which leaves the debt chapter blank.

Regarding savings, the Vox deputy would also highlight Patricia Rueda, with a balance of 79,121 euros in accounts and pension plans; or the socialist Isabel Perezwho adds to his 15,817 euros in accounts a retirement plan from the National Brotherhood of Architects valued at 68,441 euros and assets or rights in La Caixa with a value of 8,885 euros.

Likewise, two PP deputies, Gema Perez y Christopher Garre, indicate balances in bank accounts of 46,000 and 40,000 euros, respectively. At the same time, Garre alludes to his status as majority shareholder of Garre Asesores SLwith a 96.15% stake and assets or rights valued at 260,000 euros.

Another representative of the popular, Mario Cortés has a balance of 5,593 euros and a pension plan of 23,159 euros. And the leader of his party Elías Bendodo recorded a bank balance of 24,277 euros. They are followed by the socialist Mari Nieves Ramirezwith 15,000 euros; Carlos Hernandez, from Vox, with 5,680 euros; and Maria del Mar Vazquez, from the PP, with 4,570 euros. Sumar’s deputy appears as ‘bottom’, Toni Valerowith about 3,500 euros in three accounts.

Real estate properties

As far as declared real estate properties are concerned, the Malaga deputy who includes the most properties is Elias Bendodo. This PP leader has four floors -two of them in joint ventures-, a plot and two parking spaces. Of course, it has three mortgages that at the time of the declaration totaled around 240,000 euros in debt, and another loan – at 50% – with an outstanding balance of around 167,000 euros.

Among his PP colleagues, the former Marbella councilor would follow him Christopher GarreLinked to three homes: one fully owned and two 50% owned. One of the latter would be connected with society Garre Asesores SL. In turn, it refers to two mortgage loans with around 300,000 euros of debt and income from housing rentals estimated at 18,000 euros.

In turn, the Torremolinos exedil Gema Perez has a house, a premises and a piece of land, and in all cases is the 50% owner by inheritance. It does not declare debts and does reflect 2,100 euros of rental income.

Another popular deputy, Mario Cortesis the owner 50% of your habitual residence and 100% of an apartment. You would have two outstanding mortgages, with around 170,000 euros of outstanding balance, and a loan for a home renovation with another 16,000 euros of debt. He also declares almost 1,500 euros for renting a property.

And the PP deputy Maria del Mar Vazquez -former manager of the Regional Hospital of Málaga, listed as number 2 on the general list- has in assets a family house purchased in 2010 and reflects a mortgage loan for this property of 600,000 euros, with an outstanding balance of approximately 225,000 euros.

Among the Malaga residents of the PSOE bench in the Congress of Deputies, the Marbella councilor also stands out in this section. Isabel Perezwho is attributed three homes, acquired between 2003 and 2005, two full ownership and one 50%. In addition, it has five parking spaces, four of them 50%. It also reflects two loans with an outstanding capital of around 100,000 euros and 1,250 euros in rental income.

Likewise, the Torroxeña councilor Mari Nieves Ramirez points out a floor of his property purchased in Torrox in 2013 and a mortgage with an outstanding balance of 40,000 euros.

On the other hand, the Málaga deputy from Vox Patricia Rueda is the owner in both cases 50% of two properties -a flat and a home- and indicates his participation in three mortgage loans that add up to a debt of about 300,000 euros. Likewise, it declares 3,600 euros of income from property rentals. And the other representative of the party of Santiago Abascalthe Madrid native Carlos Hernandez, has almost dthe thirds of the ownership of an acquired apartment in Madrid in 2021 and is linked to a mortgage of around 240,000 euros. It also details shares in a bar-bookstore valued at 5,000 euros.

For his part, the Sumar deputy Toni Valero reflects the 50% of an apartment in Malaga purchased in 2015, but would have no debts incurred.
