The second Test of Pakistan’s Sri Lanka series ended last day. Sri Lanka won the match after repeating the authentic victory achieved in the first Test and beating Pakistan to win the series.
Pakistan lost by 246 runs. Chasing a target of 508 runs, the visitors were bowled out for 261 runs.

Jayasuriya’s stats in the series were 164.2-35-414-17. The player bowled at 2.51 economy. The player had played only one Test for the team before when he was included in the team to fight Pakistan in Galle.
