Bilbo Bassaterra has explained in a twitter thread what his intention was, but he really only managed to cause the party’s security members to have a small shock that they resolved promptly. The protest was an attempt to draw attention to subsidies to the livestock industry. “We are approaching climate scenarios where the chances of survival in our region are quite questionable. Futuro Vegetal is one of the most active organizations in defense of the environment and fight against climate change on the Spanish scene, and in recent months they have been protagonists with similar incidents.
