The families of those killed during the shooting in the capital’s MFC “Ryazansky” will be paid 1 million rubles each, and the victims – 500 thousand rubles each. The corresponding order was signed by the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin.
“To families of citizens who died (died) as a result of illegal actions committed in the building of the multifunctional center for the provision of public services in the Ryazan district on December 7, 2021, in the amount of 1 million rubles. (for each deceased (deceased), ”the document says.
On December 7, the former lieutenant colonel of the special services Sergei Glazov came to receive a passport at the MFC. There he was asked to put on a medical mask, which caused the man to massacre. The criminal killed two people and wounded four of them. There is a ten-year-old girl among the victims. The shooter was detained by an unarmed police officer from the migration service. During the arrest, the man was in an inadequate state. Criminal cases were initiated on murder, attempted murder and illegal arms trafficking.
As Kommersant found out, the killer came to the MFC with a strange set of objects and a large sum of money. Judging by them, the attacker was not preparing for a massacre in the center, but rather was going to open the safe or repair some equipment – there were more tools among the seized material evidence than weapons.
