Both of them are registered in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, but with non-existent addresses. The address of Mavic Expert is indicated in the business center of Bishkek, on the thirteenth floor. However, the building that the Kyrgyz company calls its headquarters has only eight floors. At that time, Service Pack LCD is registered in a modern business center that has not yet been built.
Journalists also found traces of these companies in Belarus – it is claimed that the buyers of “Vilpros” products in Kyrgyzstan are among the main customers of “Custom Service”. The latter, as the “Bureau’s” investigation revealed, was one of the companies evading the sanctions.

The company “Vilpra” is controlled by the family of candidate I. Vēgėlė. The main shareholder of the group is the father of the politician Algirdas Stasys Vėgėlė, the director of “Vilpros” is the brother of the candidate Martynas Vėgėlė.
