French tennis is doing well. This Tuesday, the FFT revealed that it had reached the symbolic milestone of one million licensees. Although the results of French tennis players have not been excellent in recent years, the FFT nevertheless continues to welcome more and more amateurs into its ranks.
With the development of padel and the launch of Urban Tennis in particular, the number of licensees is up compared to last year. Indeed, in 2022, the milestone of one million licensees had been reached in June.
