On February 13, the fifth session of the EU-Armenia Partnership Council will be held in Brussels, which will be dedicated to bilateral relations and political issues. This was reported by the CE press service.

The parties will exchange ideas on the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement and the priorities of the EU-Armenia partnership, as well as the possibility of moving towards a more ambitious EU-Armenia partnership agenda.

“Political dialogue and reforms, democracy, rule of law and human rights, economic, trade and sectoral cooperation, as well as migration, mobility and the prospects for starting a visa liberalization dialogue will be discussed.

The participants will then exchange views on political issues, including regional issues and foreign and security policy.

The Partnership Council will be chaired by the High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. The Armenian delegation will be headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan,” said the message issued by the Council of Ministers.
