After three days of national and international commercial exhibition, Anato 2024 closed with unprecedented numbers, not only in business attendance, but also in appointment requests.
From Corferias, in the city of Bogotá, the Anato 2024 Tourist Showcase lowered the curtain with surprising figures, since in this new version more than 51,000 visitors were registered at all the stands of the different departments, institutional stands, business stands and others, financed through the National Tourism Fund (Fontur).
«We reached around 50,000 entries from professional visitors during the three days, which was 24% more than the 2023 edition. But in addition to that, we were the scene of more than 22,000 business meetings between attendees and exhibitors,” explained Paula Cortés Calle, executive president of Anato.

For your part, Arturo Bravo, Vice Minister of Tourism, highlighted the great evolution that the Anato Tourist Showcase has had over the years. «There were innovative bets to enhance tourism in Colombia, which have given rise to differential spaces for the Tourist Territories of Peace and the reactivation of the Tourist Network of Heritage Towns, whose businessmen closed the fair with more than $2.2 billion in business expectations«.
Now, it was the department of Nariño, with 26,888 votes and a technical rating of 61.7%, which took first place for best ‘stand’. Buenaventura followed, with 6,123 votes and a rating of 46.41%, and third place went to Caquetá, with 9,511 votes and a technical jury rating of 39.3%.
