At the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku, during the first day of the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup, the finalists in the ball exercise program were determined, Day.Az reported on Friday with reference to Trend.

In the program of ball exercises, Daria Varfolomeev (Germany, 35.450 points), Margarita Kolosov (Germany, 34.550 points), Sofia Raffaeli (Italy, 34.100 points), Elvira Krasnobaeva (Bulgaria, 33.800 points), Eva reached the final of the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Brezalieva (Bulgaria, 33.600 points), Taisiya Onofriychuk (Ukraine, 33.300 points), Polina Berezina (Spain, 33.300 points) and Tara Dragas (Italy, 33.200 points).

Azerbaijani gymnasts Zohra Agamirova and Kamilla Seyidzade did not qualify for the finals of the ball exercises. Agamirova took 22nd position (30.550 points), and Seidzade took 37th place (27.650 points).

It should be noted that the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is taking place at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on April 19-21. Over 110 gymnasts from more than 40 countries take part in the competition. Gymnasts perform in a program of individual and group exercises.

Azerbaijan is represented at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup by Zohra Agamirova and Kamilla Seidzade in the individual program, as well as a team in group exercises consisting of Gullyu Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva, Elizaveta Luzan, Daria Sorokina, Lyaman Alimuradova and Zeinab Gummetova.
