Speaking during the regional forum of RNI elected officials in the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region, which took place in the presence of leading members of the party, Mr. Akhannouch indicated that the executive ensured the implementation at the end 2022 of the “AMO Tadamon” regime and the implementation by the end of 2023 of the direct social support program, according to the agendas set by HM the King, noting that this constitutes “a qualitative change in the relationship of the State with the citizen ”.

In this wake, he reviewed the programs implemented by the government, particularly those linked to the strengthening of the pillars of the social state, specifying that the “AMO Tadamon” regime has so far benefited approximately 11.2 million of citizens.

Likewise, he noted that the executive ensured the implementation of the project relating to direct social support, as desired by HM King Mohammed VI, specifying that around 2.5 million eligible households benefit from a fixed bonus of 500 DH per month.

The amount of direct social assistance for each targeted family can total more than 1,200 DH per month, taking into account its composition and its needs, according to indicators linked to the social situation of the beneficiaries, he noted.

Mr. Akhannouch also reviewed the most important projects carried out in the southern provinces, which are part of the new development model for these provinces launched by HM King Mohammed VI, for a budget of 77 billion dirhams. (MMDH), from which the citizens of the region benefit today.

Dwelling on the government’s achievements in the region, Mr. Akhannouch reviewed a series of structuring projects in the southern provinces, including the establishment of a university hospital center and a Faculty of Medicine in Guelmim. , in addition to the upgrade and creation of around 400 local hospitals.

As for the education sector, Mr. Akhannouch indicated that the reform of the education system in the region has made progress, following the implementation of the pioneer schools project, noting that the southern provinces are now starting to benefit from this project.

Regarding the agricultural sector at the regional level, he recalled the projects carried out in the commune of Jraifia, which will be subject to extension soon, indicating that these projects, which will be supported by the desalination program of the water to manage the water crisis, will undoubtedly contribute to the creation of jobs.

Furthermore, Mr. Akhannouch indicated that the government majority is harmonious and works with dedication in favor of the implementation of development projects, calling on elected officials to strengthen the majority within the regions, protect it and show patience. faced with the problems she might encounter.
