The Greek opposition has tabled a vote of no confidence in the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis following revelations in the press about possible manipulation of evidence in the train disaster of February last year.
“The prime minister has no other choice but to come and justify his actions,” indicated the socialist party PASOK. The no-confidence vote scheduled for Thursday night is certain to be rejected because the ruling right has an absolute majority of 158 MPs in the 300-seat Greek parliament.
